Process Quality Assurance Engineer (PQA)Section Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Organize and carry out mobile audits/key process audits and special audits

2. Mobile audit/key process audit/special audit abnormal problem analysis and review and improvement promotion, and do a good job of closed-loop management

3. Analysis of the consistency between customer audit items and internal audit items, early warning and optimization of audit focus

4. Check abnormal projects and link them with engineering and related units to form standardization

Preferred candidate profile

1. Ability to make quality improvement suggestions (such as foolproofing methods and concepts) based on missing records

2. Be able to analyze quality improvement projects, summarize and form quality improvement cases

3. Able to analyze the differences in operating methods between floors, put forward quality optimization suggestions and promote them

4. Have strong analytical and planning skills

5. Must be proficient in both Chinese and English.
