Field Application Engineer(FAE)

Role & responsibilities

1. Prepare FATP complete machine precision stacking analysis and related process function control list;

2. FATP RF/Acoustics/IT/ASSY/ORT and other major quality issues FA, propose improvement process risk assessment;

3. Compare and analyze the differences in characteristic structure/surface treatment/interior and exterior quality of competitors to obtain their key issues FACA;

4. Collect and analyze the industry's mid-to-high-end mobile phone intelligence and study the industry development trends;

5. Cooperate with FATP SQE/PD to strategically increase shipment share;

Preferred candidate profile

1.Proficient in engineering analysis, technological innovation, and improvement methods, capable of organizing and carrying out new project complete machine precision stacking analysis and developing associated process function control lists.

2.Able to conduct risk warning and quality prevention control based on quality data, proficient in analyzing major quality issues, formulating and implementing process improvement plans, and standardizing control measures.

3.Experience in interfacing with customer-side quality management, using tools like DOE and 8D to conduct customer quality analysis and prepare & respond to customer quality reports.

4.Proficient in quality analysis and improvement methods & skills (statistical analysis tools and methods, quality improvement techniques, DOE, drawing tools (UG/CAD), etc.).

5.Must possess proficiency in both Chinese and English.
