Product Demonstrations: Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to showcase the capabilities and features of the products

Technical Consultation: Offering technical consultation and expertise to customers, helping them integrate products into their systems or projects

System Design: Assisting in designing and customizing solutions that best fit the customer's requirements and specifications

Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues or challenges that customers encounter during the product integration process

Pre-sales Support: Collaborating with the sales team to provide technical input during the sales process, including attending customer meetings and presentations

Post-sales Support: Supporting customers after product sales to ensure successful implementation and resolving any issues that may arise
