Process Quality Assurance Engineer (PQA)

Role & responsibilities

1. Quality back-end data analysis and audit application

2. Resolution of internal and external audit differences and planning of coping strategies

3. Analysis of key process audit problem points and development of improvement countermeasures.

4. Key control items/MIL/customer complaints, etc. lesson learn analysis after the flow audit

5. Engineering units require simultaneous improvement projects to be launched for mobile audits

6.IPQA check problem points parsing and cross-audit implementation

Preferred candidate profile

1. Able to analyze quality background data and formulate process quality audit plan

2. Ability to plan project/customer/process quality audit standards (prone to problems) according to different project/customer/process requirements

3. Ability to analyze key missing items, explore deep-seated causes (such as system/standard/machine parameter settings, etc.), and foresee quality risks

4. Ability to propose optimization suggestions for quality audit processes and systems based on advanced concepts and best practices of external quality audit and management systems

5. Must be proficient in both Chinese and English.
