Training And Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Training need identification, prepare and implement Training calendar programs
• Lead Induction Training and bring clarity about Company policies and procedures
• Leadership Development: Implement leadership workshops to enhance managerial and strategic decision-making capabilities of senior engineers.
• Technical Expertise: Conduct specialized technical training sessions including up-to-date engineering practices, innovations, and industry standards.
• Program Evaluation: Evaluate and refine senior-level training programs, ensuring alignment with engineering goals and business objectives.
• Able to perform vendor management and establish institutional tie-ups and arrange external training programs
• Mentorship: Foster mentorship relationships that enable knowledge sharing and professional development within the engineering team.
