Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:

Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external stakeholders.
Travel Coordination:
Arrange travel itineraries, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Ensure all travel documents are prepared and updated.

Keep track of deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Assist in managing projects and monitoring progress.
Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Office Coordination:
Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
Order office supplies and manage inventory as needed.
Personal Errands:
Assist with personal tasks such as event planning, purchasing gifts, or managing household schedules, if required.
