Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or secretary in a consulting industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication abilities (written & verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) required; knowledge of PowerPoint a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
• Proficiency in secretarial activities such as data entry, filing and record keeping.
