Senior Group Product Manager-Pharmacetuical

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of product managers to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic product plans in alignment with market needs and company goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and advancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, clinical, and regulatory, to ensure successful product launches.
• Monitor product performance and market trends, adjusting strategies as needed to meet business objectives.
• Manage product lifecycle from inception through launch, growth, and eventual phase-out.
• Prepare and present product-related reports and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance standards.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
