Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to CSR and HR representatives of corporate organizations to introduce partnership opportunities with NGO partners.
• Identify potential corporate partners through research and build a pipeline of prospects.
• Build rapport with corporate representatives to understand their CSR priorities and explore areas of collaboration.
• Clearly communicate the impact of NGO projects and the value proposition of partnership opportunities.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential partners to keep them engaged and updated on opportunities.
• Update and maintain records of calls, conversations, and partnership leads in the database.
• Assist in the coordination of meetings, presentations, and pitches with the corporate partnerships team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Post -graduate in any discipline (required). Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling and/or customer relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in in English.
• Motivated to meet outreach and lead-generation targets.
• Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and basic research techniques.
