Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in visual design and design research, preferably in the social impact or non-profit sector.
Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Coral Draw, Sketch, Figma, or equivalents.
Strong portfolio showcasing both visual design prowess and design research methodologies.
Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to present design decisions and research findings effectively.
