We have opening for the position of GM - Business Development in our corporate office based at Lower Parel
Position - Executive GM - Business Development
Work Location - Lower Parel.
Working Hours - Monday to Saturday - 10:00am to 6:00pm.
Qualification MBA /PGDM
Experience required - Minimum 15 to 20 years
Industry Food & Beverages / FMCG
CTC Budget: Maximum up to 30L to 35L CTC

Role: Head of Sales New Verticals (HORECA & Specialized Markets)
Position Overview:
This role is a senior sales-driven position with a strong focus on the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) sector, with the responsibility to explore and expand into emerging verticals such as bakery, industrial dairy, quick service restaurants (QSRs), Corporate Catering, Ship chandlers, & event-based markets like wedding Catering.
The individual will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities within these sectors and unearthing "white spaces" in Fortunes existing HORECA landscape.
Once a new vertical is successfully initiated and set up, the candidate will coordinate and hand over operations to the HORECA team, ensuring a smooth transition with continuous performance reviews until the new vertical is fully integrated and performing efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
•Develop & implement sales strategies specifically tailored for new verticals like bakery, industrial dairy, QSRs, and event markets ect...Identify potential partnerships, suppliers, & clients within these sectors to build strong sales pipelines
•Generate sales leads by identifying "white spaces" within the existing HORECA landscape, targeting underexplored markets or sectors with growth potential.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and persuasion skills; hands on knowledge of using
PowerPoint/excel for basic analytics
• An inspiring leader, with strengths of organization building along with driving rapid profitable business growth
• As an individual, the incumbent should have passion for food
• A passionate exec, who inspires and motivates his team and cross functional colleagues
