Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and startups.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
Marketing Strategy
1. Develop and implement marketing plans to enhance brand visibility.
2. Manage marketing budgets and ROI.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product).
Vehicle Development Expertise
1. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technologies (EV, autonomous, connected).
2. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop sales strategies for new vehicle technologies.
Business Development
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities (partnerships, joint ventures).
2. Develop strategic partnerships with suppliers, startups, and industry players.
3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Team Management
1. Lead and manage sales and marketing teams.
2. Develop and implement training programs.
3. Performance management.
Requirements:
1. 15+ years of sales and marketing experience in the automotive or vehicle development industry.
2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3. Proven track record of driving business growth.
4. Strong understanding of vehicle development processes, technologies, and industry regulations.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
