Manager - Organisation Development
Job Purpose:
To partner with the leaderships/ business along with HR Head by owning people agenda at strategic and operation level to deliver the business achieving it's target through sustainable business growth.
Key Focus would be :
- In making organization effective towards achievement of future vision apart from building a robust performance driven cultures based on meritocracy.
- Building the rewards and recognition that are best in class thereby giving us a competitive edge.
- Fostering with business and leadership team in building a Culture that engage, excites and energies the employees.
- Facilitating, Formulating and implementing robust HR/ Business systems process & practices inline with business and statutory compliant and cost effective administration
Learning & Development:
- Finalising the OD Budget
- Ensure training is conducted within allocated budgets
- Guide and facilitate training process for the organization (Worker Grade and Management Grade)
- Ensure Evaluation of Training effectiveness is done periodically
- Design and ensure implementation of Operator development program
- Continuously improving the Learning & development processes and designing relevant learning intervention appropriately for employees across hierarchy.
Communication:
- Ensures communication events happen as per the calendar
- Develop the Communication framework to incorporate relevant changes along with Stakeholders
- Strengthen tenet of employee engagement by streamlining systems and practices across factories through Sanjivini and Welfare Forum.
Reward & Recognition:
- Ensure the Implementation of the initiatives under Reward and recognition as per the planner
- Revisit the framework to incorporate relevant changes along with Stakeholders
Talent Management:
- Designing the Talent Management Framework guidelines for implementation
- Conduct and coordinate the talent assessment
- Facilitate the individual development plan (IDP) based on the assessment report
- Review adherence to IDP
- Facilitate Talent Review
Young Talent Management:
- Ensuring early acclimatization of Engineer Trainees in the organization.
- Ensure all Engineer / Executive trainees complete stints under STEP and Handholding ET's till their final job placement.
Business Excellence:
- Compete at various forums to benchmark HR practices by preparing write ups and presentation and ensuring due implementation
