Manager - Costing & Finance - ICWA (7-15 yrs)

Responsibilities:

1. Validation of BOM & Unit cost for all manufactured products & trading products

2. Oversee product costing processes and implement cost control measures.

3. Periodic update of costing in SAP, also to help in simulation costing for decision-making

4. Collaborate with factory and product teams to ensure accuracy in product costs.

5. Should understand the product costing and periodically track the changes in regular costs due to RM increase and new processes

6. Inventory management & reporting, ageing analysis & tracking the liquidation actions

7. Analyze inventory data to identify trends and discrepancies

8. Involvement in the cost optimization projects and validation of the outputs

9. Involvement in the Audit in costing and Inventory related

Requirements:-

1. ICWA with 7+ years of experience in SAP Controlling or related roles.

2. Strong knowledge of product costing methodologies in a manufacturing environment

3. Proficiency in SAP ERP systems, especially Controlling module.

4. Ability and positive attitude to meet deadlines.

5. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
