1 Attracting Talent and Hiring

Facilitate the recruitment process in coordination with Vertical Heads/ Management as the case may be.Develop a Database on appropriate resources / disciplines

Conducting background checks and employee eligibility verifications

2 Develop / Retain Talent

Assist in Review and Update of HR related policies Assist in Planning and facilitate

Training and Development Review and implement Employee welfare schemes and programs

 Implementing new hire orientation and employee recognition programs

Performing routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs

3 Employee Engagement

Continuously engaging with employees to address grievances and facilitating conducive working environment

Conducting Employee Engagement Programs

4 MIS

Assist in payroll processing and Compliance

Develop and Maintain HR MIS and Database

• Sound Knowledge of Statutory and legal process as well as best in practice HR management tools

• Excellent Communication Skills (oral and written)
