Role & responsibilities:

➢Responsible for complete IT Infrastructure management of the organization

➢Provided functional and technical support, troubleshooting, and diagnosing Hardware and Software problems, including Desktop, Laptop, LAN, and Remote Systems

➢Responsible for Procurement and Vendor Management

➢E-Mail Client Configuration & Troubleshooting of Outlook Express, MS Outlook

➢Maintenance of System Database, Inventory and Back up

➢Providing remote support at pan India level

Essential Skills:

➢Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

➢Requisite networking and Operating system knowledge

➢Working Knowledge of MS office and other relevant software's

➢Strong aptitude for customer relationships and willingness to travel.
