Senior Design Engineer

Role & responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and analysis of water supply, sewerage, drainage, and wastewater treatment projects.

2. Prepare, review, and validate Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and master plans.

3. Coordinate with clients, government agencies, consultants, and contractors for project execution.

4. Conduct presentations, technical workshops, and training sessions for project teams.

5. Support in bid preparation, tender documentation, and contract evaluation.

6. Engage in stakeholder consultations for sustainable water management planning.

Essential Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Requisite networking and Operating system knowledge

Working Knowledge of MS office and other relevant software's

Strong aptitude for customer relationships and willingness to travel.

Experience:

1. Minimum 8-12 years of design experience in water supply, sewerage & drainage systems engineering projects.

2. Hands-on experience with design software like Water GEMs, Sewer GEMs, HEC-RAS, MIKE FLOOD, EPANET, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS-based applications is desirable.

3. Experience in preparation of DPR (Detailed Project Report) preparation, feasibility studies, and statutory clearance processes.

4. Experience in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants, water supply projects, or urban drainage projects is an added advantage.
