Position: Senior Estimation Engineer

Job Location: Thane

Reporting To: Project Manager

Essential Qualification: DCE / BE Civil

Experience: 5-7 years

Profile:

• Site Visits and data collections for estimates
• Preparation of lead charts and rate analysis for various items
• Analyzing project drawings and specifications to precisely calculate the required quantities
• Calculate quantities and costs estimate, rate analysis, as per Schedules of rates in a prescribed format
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and Governments
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with surveyors, architects and other engineering professionals to plan and develop a quantity and cost estimates of infrastructure projects
• Write technical notes with respective the components
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQ) based on approved plans, Price Escalations and specifications.
• Assist in preparing tender documents, including technical and commercial parts of the tender submissions.
• Deliver final estimates of budgets and cost plans
• Familiarity with government bidding procedures, contract terms, and compliance requirements.

Essential Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Working Knowledge of MS office, AutoCAD and other relevant softwares
• Strong aptitude for customer relationships and willingness to travel
• Should possess good analytical as well as presentation skills
• Should know all infrastructure components and its execution methodology
