Software Engineer

The Software Engineering Lead/Anchor will collaborate directly and continuously with Software Engineers, Product Managers, Designers and Product Owners to build, validate and release software products early and often in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

.Strong knowledge hands on knowledge on Full stack development is a added advantage.

. Preferable work experience on Subscription services/platforms like Zuora.

. Good to have understanding of Order Management,Order Fulfilment,Payment and Contact center integrations on hybrid or private cloud.

Develops engineering, professional, and career-related skills for software engineers using coaching, mentorship, feedback, and pair programming, in order to grow their skills and abilities.

Collaborates with cross functional teams to drive the roadmap of Product.

Facilitates technical architecture discussions around application functionality and integration.

Able to work across a full stack of technologies preferably on React JS and Spring Boot.

Reviews on-going production software operations and helps troubleshoot production issues. Incorporates post-incident reviews like postmortems to identify opportunities for improvement.

Actively participates in all team Agile ceremonies and Employs and/or champions Agile software processes, culture, best practices, and techniques.

At least 8 years of experience in a Software Engineering role.

Strong knowledge of Java , PCF, GCP, SpringBoot, etc.

Strong knowledge on cloud native applications

Strong knowledge of Software Craftsmanship practices including TDD, Clean Code, Refactoring, etc.

Experience with DevOps/Security tools like Jenkins, 42Crunch, Sonarqube, CheckMarx, FOSSA etc.

Knowledge of working with Agile software methodologies i.e. Scrum,Safe Agile etc.

Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to coach and teach others.

Ability to understand business and solve business problems with continuous improvements and innovation.

Minimum 7-11 years of experience working preferably on Subscription based systems and integrations through Full Stack technologies.

Able to drive the delivery based on the cross functional alignments.

Strong knowledge in either Digital Front end technologies like React JS or FullStack development using JS+SpringBoot

Able to make data driven decisions to align engineering and product roadmap.

Participate and collaborate with the engineering team ceremonies to drive execution of the various program part of Mobile platform.

Should have knowledge on basic cloud services and infrastructure as a code.

Experience in SRE in CloudBuild,Tekton and ability to coordinate various activities of the services considering observability, traceability and monitoring aspects.

Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your communication style to the audience.

Demonstrated ability to drive development of highly technical technology services and capabilities.

Experience deployment using source control using change sets and CICD pipelines.
