Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst working in Ford Credit IT, you will join platform engineering team that supports workflows, rules and configurations for originations, receivables, and collections platform. You will engage the team to identify and rank opportunities for development or refactoring while continuously removing roadblocks.

You will work on a balanced product team to define, design, develop and deploy microservices based high quality products hosted on cloud platform. Additionally, you will conduct proof-of-concepts to support new features, ensure quality, timely delivery using Agile Extreme Programming practices.

Overall experience of 8+yrs in IT Software Delivery.

Technical background as a developer, with minimum 4+yrs of experience in relevant programming languages.

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on the lending domain is a plus.

Proven expertise in CRM/Pega/Salesforce/SAP or similar platforms.

Extensive knowledge of writing business user stories, workflows, and process maps.

Strong readiness to support testing efforts, including test case preparation and execution.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Key Responsibilities for Internal Candidate:

Develop detailed business user stories, workflows, and process maps to ensure clarity and alignment on requirements

Provide support to business teams during implementation phase, including preparing and executing test cases to validate system functionality.

Work with workflows in Asset Finance Software and make configuration changes.

Work with Finance Software Technical Architect to update the technical design

Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, user stories, workflows, and testing outcomes.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimizations within our lending platform.

Utilize your experience in lending, CRM, Pega, Salesforce, and SAP configurations to drive effective solutions.

Developed comprehensive business cases like TOGAF methodology, outlining project scope, risk assessment, stakeholders, objectives, benefits, and costs

Integrate Ford s Asset Finance Platform with other systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and automation of processes.

Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and defining requirements for tools and technology implementations, contributing to project success.

Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.

Conduct systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.

Work closely with the development team to ensure a shared understanding of acceptance criteria and to facilitate successful delivery of user stories.
