Job Description
- To handle given grid customers with complete ownership.
- Sales target to achieve for grid customers.
- ISDBs SSDBs to be done for grid customers.
- Fully involved for their service commercial issues for further resolution.
- Resolution of overdue payments of the grid customers.
- Coordinate with HO support divisions and provide appropriate services in terms of offer submission, order processing, commercial service related issues.
- Extensive traveling to visit all the grid customers per Quarter.
- Update Call schedules, call reportings in the system.
- Review offers base on a continuous basis provide months Fresh Booking order projections.
- Coordinate with Branch admin HO support functions for order booking Payment collection.
- One seminar at Grid customer area per year.
- Presentations at grid customers place every quarter.
- Emailers for the new application and products to Grid customers.
- Attend min one training for updating his/her profile competencies.
