Associate Operation - Billing & Collections

Role & responsibilities

The job roles and responsibilities are,

• Supervise invoice processing and ensure timely payment of all unpaid bills.
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and contact clients for overdue payments.
• Process payments, refunds, and resolve billing and customer credit issues within the specified TAT.
• Report and update accurate account status records and collection efforts.
• Follow the established billing process always and promptly identify and report any issues or breakdowns in the process.
• Manage the billing process, including billing clients for new hardware and handling system upgrades and downgrades.
• Validate debit accounts to ensure payment credibility and follow up on outstanding dues.
• Assist clients with business ownership changes and maintain a positive work culture through team collaboration.

Preferred candidate profile

The candidate should have the below skill sets,

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
• Excellent time management skills, prioritizing quality and accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office, with knowledge of objection handling and debt collections; prior experience in billing and collections is a plus.
• Strong aptitude for identifying and resolving billing discrepancies, payment delays, and collection challenges.
• Flexible with rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and quick thinking.
• Skilled negotiator with strong problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable calling is advantageous.
• Proficient in resolving payment disputes, negotiating payment plans, and encouraging timely payments
