Role & responsibilities

The below are the roles and responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Experience in Volume Hiring: Proven ability to handle high-volume recruitment efficiently, managing multiple requisitions and large candidate pools simultaneously.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand role requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
• ATS Proficiency: Utilize the ATS effectively to manage candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and streamline the hiring process.
• Multi-domain Expertise: Leverage experience across various domains to attract and hire diverse talent suited to different business functions.
• Job Portal Expertise: Demonstrate strong command of job portals, proactively sourcing and engaging top talent.
• Excel Proficiency: Apply advanced Excel skills for reporting, tracking recruitment metrics, and data analysis.
• Interpersonal Skills: Build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience and effective communication.

• Strong hands-on experience with job portals and ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
