Job Summary:
Provide administrative support to a Chief Executive Office, managing schedule, correspondence, and tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Scheduling and Calendar Management: Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
2. Correspondence and Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls, responding to routine inquiries and drafting correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
3. Task Management: Prioritize and manage tasks, projects, and deadlines, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.
4. Travel Arrangements: Book travel, accommodations, and transportation, preparing itineraries and travel documents.
5. Expense Management: Process expense reports, manage receipts, and reconcile credit card statements.
6. Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
7. Special Projects: Assist with special projects, presentations, and events, as needed.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Experience: 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably as a personal secretary or executive assistant.
3. Skills:
1. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
