Position Overview
We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented individuals to provide executive support. As the Personal Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Executive Assistant , you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations, efficient communication, and effective time management for our executive team.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
Your role will encompass:
  • Calendar Management: Organizing and maintaining schedules, prioritizing appointments, and ensuring zero conflicts.
  • Communication: Acting as the liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders with professionalism.
  • Documentation and Filing: Managing sensitive legal documents, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining systematic filing systems.
  • Meeting Support: Preparing agendas, recording minutes, and facilitating smooth discussions.
  • Travel Coordination: Planning travel itineraries, including transport and accommodation.
  • Expense Management: Monitoring budgets, handling reimbursements, and maintaining financial records.
  • Confidentiality: Upholding the highest standards of discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Project Assistance: Supporting ongoing legal cases or firm projects as needed.
  • Relationship Building: Nurturing professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Providing flexible, timely assistance wherever required.

Qualifications and Skills
  • A Bachelor s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a high-paced environment, preferably within the legal domain.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern communication tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are non-negotiable.
  • A proactive attitude with attention to detail and accuracy.
