About the Role:

- We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies to lead and coordinate projects related to hardware and software development, scheduling, and certification processes.

- The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, leadership capabilities, and expertise in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.

- Collaborate with hardware and software development teams to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery.

- Oversee certification processes to comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies while ensuring timely resolution of issues.

- Maintain and track KPIs to monitor project performance and ensure continuous improvement.

- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.

- Communicate project status, challenges, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.

- Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must-Have:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5 to 8 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in software/hardware development.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

- Experience in scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.

- Ability to track and maintain project KPIs efficiently.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting skills.

Nice-to-Have:

- Master's degree in a relevant field.

- Experience in robotics projects, including hardware and software domains.

- Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana.
