About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies to lead and coordinate projects related to hardware and software development, scheduling, and certification processes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, leadership capabilities, and expertise in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.

- Collaborate with hardware and software development teams to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery.

- Oversee certification processes to comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies while ensuring timely resolution of issues.

- Maintain and track KPIs to monitor project performance and ensure continuous improvement.

- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.

- Communicate project status, challenges, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.

- Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills :

Must-Have :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5 to 8 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in software/hardware development.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

- Experience in scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.

- Ability to track and maintain project KPIs efficiently.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting skills.

Nice-to-Have :

- Master's degree in a relevant field.

- Experience in robotics projects, including hardware and software domains.

- Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana
