Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Technical Architect with a strong background in backend architecture and development. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of backend systems and architecture, demonstrate a passion for coding, and have the curiosity and drive to explore new technologies. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to research and development, architecture reviews, solution design, and client discussions, ensuring robust and scalable backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture Design & Review:
• Lead the design and architecture of backend systems to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical recommendations.
• Development & Coding:
• Actively participate in coding and development to set high technical standards for the team.
• Explore and adopt new programming languages and frameworks as required.
• Research & Development:
• Drive innovation by conducting research on emerging technologies and tools.
• Develop proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to evaluate and implement innovative solutions.
• Collaboration & Mentorship:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in backend development and architectural practices.
• Client Engagement:
• Engage with clients to understand business requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Present architecture designs and implementation strategies to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in the IT industry, with 4–5 years as a Backend Architect.
• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Java, Python, React, Node.js, C#, Ruby, Go, etc.).
• Strong passion for coding and willingness to learn and adopt new programming languages.
• Expertise in backend architecture, including microservices, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
• Hands-on experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and backend frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices (e.g., Agile, DevOps).
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable and secure backend systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client meetings and team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to frontend technologies and an understanding of full-stack development.
• Experience in leading technical teams and delivering complex projects.
