Roles and responsibilities:

• Architectural Design: Lead the design and architecture of complex Java-based applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

• Project Involvement: Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines. Ensure successful delivery of projects within the defined parameters.

• Performance Optimization: Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of Java applications through effective architecture and design.

• Code Quality: Oversee code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.

• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Recommend and implement new tools and technologies to enhance the development process.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design documents, and API specifications.
