Technical Architect

Role & responsibilities

● Lead the design and development of AEM architectures for enterprise-scale deployments
● If working on CWV (core web vitals), it is an advantage.
● Website Optimization and overall website page weight.
● Must be aware of reducing network requests.
● Create detailed technical specifications for AEM components, templates, and services
● Develop and implement best practices for AEM development, security, and performance
● Stay up-to-date on the latest AEM technologies and trends
● Troubleshoot and resolve AEM related issues
● Participate in client meetings to understand their requirements and propose solutions.
● Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
● Oversee and guide the planning and technical work to ensure AEM projects are delivered successfully.
● Lead and help with planning and estimating Adobe projects in all areas, such as frontend, middleware, backend, and environment setup Technical Skills:
● Strong proficiency in AEM versions 6.0+, AEM 5.6, AEM CQ5 including Sling, JCR, Working with ClientLibs and Dispatcher.
● Develop and oversee OSGI bundles, AEM templates, HTL/Sightly components and services, AEM launches, workflows, localization features, AEM Mobile and Forms applications and the AEM DAM.
● Extensive hands-on experience with components, templates, taxonomy, metadata management, forward and reverse replication, workflows, content publishing and unpublishing, tagging, deployment using Maven, and content migration/planning.
● Proficient in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
● Experience with Java technologies (J2SE 1.7/1.8), Java EE, Servlets, JSP, JSTL and Tag libraries.
● Knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes.
● Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Certifications:
● Adobe Certified Expert/Master in AEM preferred.
