Role Overview :

As a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of FlytBase's Drone Autonomy platform.

You will design and implement test automation frameworks, improve testing methodologies, and work closely with the development team to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to validate FlytBase's software solutions.

- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance software quality.

- Prepare and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, cases, and reports.

- Ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and guidelines for software testing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

- Stay updated on domain trends and competitors to propose enhancements to existing workflows and features.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Automation Testing :

- Expertise in tools such as Selenium or equivalent.

Programming Languages :

- Proficiency in one or more languages like Python, JavaScript, or Ruby.

Manual Testing :

- Experience in functional and exploratory testing.

Performance Testing :

- Knowledge of tools for performance and load testing.

Security Testing :

- Familiarity with methodologies to ensure application security.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
