We are seeking an experienced Salesforce SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce-based applications and solutions.

As an SDET, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated and manual test scripts for Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Billing.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce products, expertise in testing methodologies, and strong experience in Salesforce development and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases to validate Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Billing.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing on Salesforce applications.

- Work with business analysts and product owners to understand functional requirements and define test coverage.

- Perform testing in both Lightning and Classic Salesforce environments.

- Create and maintain automated test scripts using Salesforce automation tools like Selenium, Provar, or TestNG.

- Build and implement test automation frameworks for Salesforce applications.

- Ensure high test coverage by automating complex test scenarios and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.

- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve any issues found during the testing process.

- Assist in debugging and troubleshooting Salesforce-related defects and failures.

- Leverage Salesforce tools such as Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and SOQL for testing purposes.

- Use knowledge of Salesforce development tools, such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, to write custom test scripts.

- Review Salesforce configurations and customizations to ensure alignment with best practices and testing standards.

- Utilize Salesforce data loader, and testing sandboxes to replicate and execute test cases.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product managers, to define testing requirements and timelines.

- Communicate test results clearly, identifying defects and collaborating on solutions.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure testing priorities are aligned with the development schedule.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor's / master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce application testing, with 2+ years of hands-on experience in testing Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Billing.

- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.

- Salesforce Platform App Builder and Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is strongly preferred.

- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect is a plus.

Salesforce Technologies :

- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Service Cloud is highly preferred.

- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, TestNG, or any other tools specific to Salesforce automation.

- Experience in implementing and managing test automation frameworks.

- Strong experience in manual testing, including functional, regression, and integration testing.

- Understanding of Salesforce data model, workflows, validation rules, and process builders
