Job description : HR MANAGER (West) [LOCATION -GOA]

A chain of veterinary clinics is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to manage HR operations in the west zone in multiple clinics in Maharashtra and Goa.

Roles and Responsibilities -

Complete End to End HR process, Onboarding, Training, Employee Engagement, Performance Appraisal, Exit, Audit, Statutory Compliance, Payroll, Policies and Procedures update,

Desired Candidate Profile:

Language English (Profecient)

Excellent Communication is mandatory.

Good Attitude, Presentable, Good Education background, Good Stability at work.

public speaking and crowd handling talent

Be a go getter

Good exposure in HR generalist role, should have complete understanding of HR process
