Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of
human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth employee onboarding and offboarding, policy development, recruitment, and employee relations while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit formalities.
Ensure all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met.
Organize orientation and training programs for new hires.
2. Policy Management:
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with
labor laws.
Communicate policies clearly to employees and ensure adherence.
3. Rules and Regulations:
Establish and enforce rules for employees to maintain discipline and productivity.
Create guidelines for ethical workplace behavior.
4. Recruitment & Staffing:
Assess staffing requirements and coordinate recruitment activities.
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in the hiring process.
5. Interview Arrangements:
Organize and coordinate interviews with candidates.
Collaborate with department heads to fulfill hiring needs.
6. Management Support:
Execute tasks assigned by senior management effectively.
Provide administrative support and assist in HR-related strategic planning.
7. HR Activities:
Plan and execute employee engagement programs and events.
Manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
8. Salary & Payroll Management:
Handle payroll processing, salary distribution, and maintain accurate employee
records.
Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and resolve payroll discrepancies.
9. Employee Relations & Bonding:
Foster a positive relationship between employees and management.
Address employee grievances and mediate disputes effectively.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of HR management experience.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
