Immediate Position: SMO Team Leader/Manager Job Description:

• Experience: 7 - 9 of experience in the field of Social Media Optimization.
• Client Handling: Proven ability to manage branded clients effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Project Management: Strong thought process in handling projects, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Client-Centric Approach: Adept at understanding client requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on social media trends for strategic planning.
• Team Management: Demonstrated ability to efficiently lead and manage teams.
• Design Clarity: Possess clarity in design thought, with proficiency in Photoshop/Corel Draw not required.
• Execution Skills: Capable of executing posts to ensure a comprehensive social media strategy.
• Location: Preferable from outside of Kolkata like Mumbai, Banglore, Chennai etc.
• Work Experience Background: Preferable from an Ads agency.
• Imeediate joiners preferred
