ROLE: REGIONAL GENERAL MANAGER- PROJECTS (GM- OPERATIONS)

Role & responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

Develop detailed project timelines, budgets and resource allocation plans for multi-location projects.

Collaborate with OEM partners to ensure on-time hardware/software delivery and installation.

Client and Stakeholder Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.

Conduct regular reviews to update clients on project progress, milestones and challenges.

Risk Management:

Proactively identify project risks (e.g., resource constraints, equipment delays) and implement mitigation plans.

Team Management:

Lead a team of Project Managers, Site Engineers and Technicians across the region.

Conduct technical and operational training for project teams.

Compliance & Quality:

Ensure project execution adheres to ISO 9001, 45001, NFPA and other global standards.

Maintain EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) protocols.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience & Industry Knowledge

Experience: 12-15 years in Project Management roles in Security, ELV and BMS industries.

OEM Knowledge: Proven experience managing projects with products from Bosch, Honeywell, Siemens, JCI and Schneider Electric.

Key Expertise: Experience in SLA-driven projects, site commissioning, UL/FM compliance and EHS best practices.
