Receptionist

Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Delhi (East of Kailash)
Experience: 2 to 4 years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome pet owners and visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
• Manage front desk activities, including receiving and distributing correspondence.
• Maintain visitor logs and provide necessary assistance.
• Coordinate with veterinary staff for smooth clinic operations.
• Handle appointment scheduling and manage patient records.
• Assist in administrative tasks, such as data entry and maintaining records.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary supplies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care facility.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Familiarity with handling confidential client and pet information.

Compensation:

Salary offered 25k to 35k per month
