QA QC Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• The QA/QC Engineer is responsible to provide assurance of the quality of product/ services delivered to the customer as per the approved drawing and QAP and to keep a record of the reports regarding the same.
• Ensure QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) as per client requirements.
• Ensure all stage inspection report as per mentioned in QAP.
• Check and Approve inspection report • Ensure inspection release note (IRN)
• Ensure NCR if material rejection and submit to production department
• Calibrate all measuring equipment as per requirement
• Conduct Internal Audit with all department
• Coordinate with 3rd party inspector as per client requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• 8 to 10 years of experience in QA/QC.
• Knowledge of measuring equipment, Raw material inspection, In-process & final inspection. Knowledge of preparing different stage inspection report.
• Knowledge of ISO 2015:9001 certification.
• Knowledge of internal and vendor audit.
