Customer Service Agent

OVERVIEW

The role of Operations Agent will ensure you play a pivotal role in assisting a UKI Operations team supporting our customers along with key stakeholders in the Operational team. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond promptly and effectively to incoming or outgoing communication to colleagues and  customers while exhibiting high levels of attention to detail 
• Ensure that all queries are followed up and resolved in a timely manner.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the colleague and customer experience.
• Contribute towards achieving OKRs & Team KPIs.

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE

• Excellent communications skills.
• Strong all-round understanding of MS Office applications, especially Word & Excel.
• Shows initiative, suggesting ways to improve customer experience.
• Flexible approach to working in a dynamic environment.
• A passion for sportsbook products and applicable expertise.
• Strong Investigative Skills.
