Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services and resolving issues.
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer complaints and queries.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product/process knowledge and company policies.
Skills:
- Good Communication skills
- Should be fluent in Hindi & English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Prior BPO experience will be an additional advantage.
