Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer inquiries related to internet services, technical support, and billing concerns.
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote services, troubleshoot issues, and enhance customer retention.
- Deliver a professional and customer-centric experience, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and recommend relevant service upgrades based on customer needs.
- Accurately document interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.
- Handle escalations professionally and efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Maintain key performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills - articulate, confident, and professional.
- Prior experience in international BPO/customer service (preferred); freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
- Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and a keen ability to handle escalations with diplomacy.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and industry requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and customer-oriented approach.
