Job Description
- Interact with the core team for planning and executing daily campaigns for Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and AppPush.
- Create comprehensive campaigns for user retention based on user behavior, user segmentation, and journey.
- Proactively manage campaigns and consistently monitor performance metrics such as CTR, Open rate, Delivery Rate, Conversion, etc.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy while executing campaigns.
- Understanding of Marketing Channels such as: SMS, Email, push notifications, and Retargeting.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel for building reports.
- Good quantitative aptitude and ability to perform analysis.
- Retention marketing experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
