Role Overview:
The Retention Sevika is a vital link in ensuring the long-term success of candidates placed in employment through PaRFi's initiatives. This role focuses on building strong relationships with candidates, addressing grievances, and supporting their smooth integration and retention in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Engagement & Retention:
Regularly connect with candidates to understand their challenges, concerns, and aspirations.
Address any issues affecting their job satisfaction or retention, such as workplace grievances or personal concerns.
Provide guidance and motivation to ensure consistent performance and commitment to their roles.
2. Employer Coordination:
Act as a bridge between the candidates and their employers to resolve workplace issues promptly.
Ensure smooth communication regarding expectations, performance feedback, and support required by candidates.
3. Grievance Handling:
Identify and resolve candidate grievances in a timely and empathetic manner.
Maintain confidentiality while addressing sensitive issues.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of interactions with candidates, including challenges, solutions, and feedback.
Provide regular reports to the Retention Manager, highlighting trends, success stories, and areas of improvement.
5. Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including employers, training centers, and candidates.

Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Diploma in Social Work, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
Ability to communicate effectively in local languages (Marathi, Hindi) and English.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of MS Office for documentation and reporting.

Preferred Experience:
1-2 years of experience in a similar role (Retention, Human Resources, or Candidate Management).
Experience working in skill development, social work, or workforce development projects is an advantage.

Work Conditions:
Full-time position based in Pune, with occasional travel to nearby locations as required.
Fieldwork, including visits to candidates workplaces and homes, will be required.
