Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Construction Experience: Demonstrated experience in the construction of Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), and utility lines such as water, sewerage, and ETP lines. Proven expertise in the design, implementation, and management of water supply systems, including pipelines, treatment facilities, and distribution networks.
• Technical Knowledge: Specific knowledge of heavy civil foundations, superstructures, and finishes, including trenchless technology and pipeline rehabilitation.
• Decision-Making: Ability to make informed decisions based on site conditions on a day-to-day basis.
• Coordination: Conduct daily review meetings with consultants and general contractors to ensure project alignment and progress.
• Documentation: Ability to draft and review technical reports, proposals, and project documentation.
• Client Communication: Strong communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders, clients, local communities, and regulatory bodies.
• Coordination: General experience coordinating site team, client and 3rd party along with HO and management for overall project completion.
• Problem-Solving: Expertise in addressing and resolving project-related challenges, including issues related to drawings, materials, and labor, etc.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience:
• At least 10 years of experience in construction works, including the construction of at least one water supply and one sanitation project.
• Minimum of 5 years as a Project/Construction Manager.
• Experience overseeing end-to-end completion of at least one project with a contract value of 100 crore INR or more.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
