FloBiz - Associate Director - Product Management (7-12 yrs)

- Define and communicate a bold product vision aligned with FloBiz's long-term strategy.

- Keep a close eye on market trends, competition, and evolving SMB needs to fine-tune our strategy.

- Build and own the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on user feedback, data insights, and impact.

- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle-from ideation to launch-with high-quality execution.

- Work closely with Engineering to ensure robust architecture and efficient sprints.

- Deep-dive into user research to understand SMB workflows, pain points, and motivations.

- Champion UX/UI improvements to keep the product intuitive, fast, and delightful.

- Define and track key product metrics (adoption, retention, usage frequency, etc.).

- Use Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and other tools to drive insights and refine the roadmap.

- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership and innovation.

- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on product goals.

- Build relationships with strategic customers to gain insights and explore new opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or consumer-tech.

- Proven track record of launching and scaling products with millions of users.

- Strong understanding of agile development, user-centered design, and product analytics.

- Experience in building and managing high-performing product teams.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.

- User-obsessed, data-driven, and strategic thinker.

- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
