We are seeking a Product Director - Card Management to lead the development of innovative card products from the ground up. In this role, you will define the product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive market success across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for card management products.

- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities.

- Collaborate with Business Development, Tech, and Operations teams on go-to-market strategies.

- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to sunset.

- Drive lending programs, scaling partnerships and introducing new products.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks across regions.

Qualifications:

- 12-15 years of experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Payments.

- Deep understanding of the card ecosystem and stack.

- Proven success in managing global portfolios and scaling financial products.

- Strong leadership, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills.
