- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive the development process to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

- You will be managing a team of highly passionate and talented product managers and work closely with our engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions for our customers.

Job Description:

- Lead the development of a comprehensive product strategy aligned with market trends, customer needs, and the company's goals within the insurance industry.

- Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept through design; development, launch, and ongoing iteration, ensuring products meet market and regulatory needs.

- Build and manage the product roadmap for insurance products, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and regulatory compliance.

- Prioritize features and improvements based on customer impact, business value, and competitive positioning.

- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and design prototypes, write clear and concise product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories.

- Shipping features while balancing business requirements and engineering tradeoffs collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product priorities and deliverables.

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers and product specialists with expertise in both technology and insurance.

- Create an environment that promotes innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product team.

- Serve as the product evangelist and advocate for the product internally and externally.
