Manager - Talent Management
- Subject Matter Experience in the areas of Strategic HR, Talent and Change Management
- Provide TM and Org Development expertise & partnering to HRBPs, business leaders, people managers & employees. Work closely with HRBPs and internal clients to solve complex problems and create new capabilities
- Work with business leadership to support the implementation of Talent Development strategy
- Influencing and Communication skills to engage senior stakeholders and drive buy-in and continued support
- Work with diverse teams within HR to create an integrated TD strategy
- Familiar with leading edge trends in the Talent Development area; bringing in new thinking into the team.
- Strong conceptual skills combined with a strong implementation and bias-for-action mindset
- Ability to sense urgency and pre-empt challenges to take corrective action

- The Talent Development CoE team is at the forefront of designing and deploying cutting edge talent practices at Flipkart to build a sustainable future ready organization and workforce. With the backdrop of a rapidly changing business environment, this is an exciting time to work on org wide people centric initiatives, bringing significant long term positive shifts for the org.
- The Manager - Talent Development is a SME role in the FK HR CoE team responsible for developing and driving key talent initiatives for FK.
You are Responsible for:
- Lead critical org wide change initiatives for FK
- Serve as a Talent Development advisor to business and HR stakeholders
- Combine external insights and internal focus areas to diagnose priority areas, design interventions and deploy cutting edge initiatives to enable key shifts for the org
- Deploy Talent Reviews in partnership with BU HR
- Ensure governance on Succession Management and partner with internal teams on Successor Development
- Design (and improve) Talent processes & policies based on org need and feedback
- Reinforce Career Development through employee/leader interventions
- To succeed in this role - you should have the following
- 5+ years of Centralised Talent Management Experience
- End to End knowledge of Talent Development Process
