Senior Manager - Brand Marketing & Social ( ATL) - Shopsy
About the Role:
Shopsy Marketing team is hiring for a Senior Manager 2 who will lead Brand, Content & Social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the positioning, brand identity and communication across all channels.
- Create unique messaging for the brand and activate traditional media (TV/Radio/OOH) /Digital throughout the year.
- Work with in-house/ external designers to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines.
- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the assets prepared for social and digital.
- Marketing Analytics: a.Understanding of how digital marketing domains work for category and prepare the roadmap for Digital marketing for the category basis that Generating reports for digital marketing campaigns using data based analytics tools and also presenting this data in an easy to understand format.
- Social Media: Run the social media channels of Shopsy. Activate brand throughout the year using influencers or other social media levers.
- Work with the central corporate communications team to create a compelling narrative for Shopsy on PR.
What you'll need:
- Ability to translate complex business and consumer tasks into brand propositions with deepconsumer connect
- Ability to independently craft brand architecture and strategy playbooks
- Be comfortable with both creative and business dimensions of marketing
- Comfortable to strategize and execute large scale branding and marketing communication campaigns
- Think about brand beyond communication and develop a holistic brand experience from packaging to after sale service across consumer touch points
- Understand the partner eco-system to bring the right business partners to a project and help nurture those relationships
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in a core brand management profiles having managed a complete brand development lifecycle from brand development to GTM
- Understanding of different media vehicles, experience of working with agencies
- Worked on influencer marketing campaigns.
- Project management/organisational skills.
- Educational background - Graduation, MBA from premium institutes.
Mandatory Skills: Strategic Thinking, Strong consumer understanding ; analytically strong and understanding of marketing channels
