Responsibilities:

- Cross-team communication with financial institutions (external partners) and internal teams (engineering, product, business, legal etc.) on payments requirements.

- Able to execute rigor and predictability to the timelines of the projects being handled.

- Ability to move the key metrics/KPIs associated with the projects.

- Should identify root causes and troubleshoot with respective stakeholders for effective resolutions.

- Able to use analytical tools for insights, research, business/product reporting.

- Ability to comprehensively understand various internal tools/setup and using the same for analysis, research, reporting.

- Able to program manage projects with key internal/external stakeholders.

- Showing aptitude/able to pursue stakeholders for resolving their dependencies.
